NAVITEL® Q1 2016 map update: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Maldives, Philippines

Updated Q1 2016 maps of Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Maldives, and Philippines are now available to the users of Navitel Navigator.

The maps of this release contain 2 081 836 km of the road graph, 2 453 819 POI, 282 744 cities and settlements, of which 7 333 include road networks and address search (in Maldives — down to individual bungalows).

Brazil

The map of Brazil contains 5 564 cities and settlements, of which 3 581 include address search. The address database contains 26 764 089 unique addresses. The map contains 2 319 234 POI. Total length of the road graph is 1 139 808 km.

Colombia

The map of Colombia contains 17 848 cities and settlements, of which 1 444 include road networks and address search. The map contains 61 328 POI. Total length of the road graph is 188 911 km.

Updated address data. Corrected road graphs across the country.

Mexico

The map of Mexico contains 257 134 cities and settlements, of which 1 962 include road networks and address search. The map contains 45 310 POI. Total length of the road graph is 683 912 km.

Reviewed address base in the city of Guadalajara. Reviewed the geometry of the road networks and buildings of Mexico.

Improved address search in the city of San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato.

Maldives

The map of the Maldives includes 745 islands. The capital, Malé, and the Addu Atoll feature a detailed street network 387 km in length. The POI database includes 1 557 POI. 45 islands include precise, down to individual bungalows, address search.

Philippines

The map of the Philippines contains 1 453 cities and settlements, of which 301 include address search. The map contains 27 947 POI. Total length of the road graph is 66 818 km.

Every map includes residential and industrial infrastructure with address search and detailed road network with traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts and other relevant information.
